Rahnuma-FPAP produces skilled human resources for employment

MIRPUR KHAS: As details, Rahnuma-FPAP in collaboration with Care International & European Commission has organized one day advocacy Seminar at Darbar Hall, Deputy Commissioner Office Mirpur Khas. Parliamentarians, Govt Officials, hundreds representatives of CSOs, employers & youth of district Mirpurkhas have participated the seminar.

While appreciating the work of Rahnuma, Khair Nisa Mughal, MPA, Mirpur Khas said after analyzing the market demands & Rahnuma-FPAP is producing skilled youth human resources as they can get internship & employment opportunities at local level.

All related employers must be made abide to attend such seminar as such trained human resources should be consumed. Although there is shortage of resources in Govt technical institutes but they are providing technical education according to modern needs she added.

Usman Pathan, Deputy Commissioner, Mirpur Khas said that district administration will notify all concerned institutes & factories for the facilitation of TEVT trainees in internship & also it facilitate the trainees for their job placement at local level. Those youth who are passing there time meaningless through this project these are being made skilled as they can get job, this is best initiative.

Khuzama Rizwan said that youth of the rural areas have been registered for technical education as they can be able to get jobs easily. Mohan Lal Rupani, RD STEVTA Mirpur Khas said that he is very impressed with attendance ratio of trainees registered by Rahnuma. More than 848 trainees are getting technical education in 08 technical institutes.

Women polytechnic institute should be established in Mirpur Khas. Razia Sultana said that more than 800 youth have been trained from rural areas & some of them are doing their jobs. On the occasion, Muhammad Saleh Mangrio, Sawan Khaskheli, Nisar Pathan, Shehzado Malik, Mir Nadir Ali Abro, Sumera Baloch & others also addressed the seminar.
