PPP TO PRESENT DOCUMENTARY PROOF IN LONDON COURTS IF ALTAF FILES CASE: SHARJEEL MEMON

Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Central Deputy Secretary Information Sharjeel Inam Memon has said that Bilawal Bhutto Zardari did not used threatening remarks for Muttahida Chief Altaf Hussain.
This he said in reference to the statement of MQM Quaid Altaf Hussain who alleged that PPP chairman had threatened him.
He said. “PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhuttto Zardari did not threaten to Muttahida chief Altaf Hussain but whatever he said it was fact and true.
Sharjeel Memon further said that there is no need to clarify Altaf Hussain about the speech of PPP chief Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
“If he (Altaf Hussain) wishes to go to the court, then PPP will also go to London Court and present a dossier of documentary proofs against Altaf Hussain,” he concluded.

CHIEF SECRETARYDIRECTS TO EXPEDIATE COMPLETION OF ZULFIQARABAD OIL TANKER TERMINAL

Chief Secretary Sindh Sajjad Saleem Hotiana has emphasized upon expeditious completion of Zulfiqarabad Oil Tankers Terminal with a view to facilitate the all committees, in accordance with the chartered plan.
He said this, while presiding over a review meeting Zulfiqarabad Oil Terminal at his office on Tuesday. The meeting attended by the ACS P&D Muhammad Waseem, Secretary Implementation A. Kabeer Kazi, Commissioner Karachi Shoaib Ahmed Siddiqui, Administrator KMC Rauf Akhtar Farooqui and Project Chief Syed Faisal Saud.
The Administrator KMC made a presentation on Zulfiqarabad Oil Tankes Terminal which elaborates that a 32 (thirty-two) acres land have been paved for parking area, while mosque, canteen, shops and other necessities are also being provided in ZOT. The finance issues were also discussed.
Project Chief was assigned to liaison with all the stake holders and submit a report within 02 weeks to do the needful within due course. The ACS P&D has been asked to have reports from all stake holders for the incorporation in the line of action.
Meanwhile, Commissioner Karachi has requested the Chief Secretary to instruct all concerned departments for improving the situation of water and need based items for cattle, particularly, he requested, Livestock & Fisheries Department may be advised to furnish fodder in Muidan area of Gaddap Town. Sajjad pledged to do so.

MORE FOCUS NEEDED ON PRIMARY HEALTH CARE. JAM MEHTAB HUSSAIN DAHAR

Provincial Minister for Health Jam Mehtab Hussain Dahar has said that Primary Health Care Program needs more attention because unless more improvement is made there are less chances of improvement in Secondary Health Care Program. This he said while presiding over a Departmental Meeting of Health Department here in his office today.
Secretary Health Iqbal Hussain Durrani, Special Secretary Admn Dr. Imran Atta Soomoro and Additional Secretary Admn Sohail Qureshi were also present in the meeting. He has directed Secretary Health to provide incentives to the doctors who were working in Thar so that they might work dedicatedly.
Provincial Minister for Health also directed the Secretary Health to appoint more doctors immediately on vacant posts. Matter of doctors’ promotion should be resolved on priority basis. He added, ‘ ACRs of the doctors must be completed at earliest. Competent officers should be appointed on administrative posts and skilled doctors to be posted at hospitals so that patients may get benefit.’ Jam Mehtab Dahar said that only honest and hard working doctors and medical staff could work in the department and action would be taken against corrupt.
