KARACHI: The Sindh Minister for Information Nisar Ahmed Khuhro on Thursday has said that the PPP government not only completed its five years term but also transferred powers to elected government in a peaceful manner, this credit went to PPP.
While addressing as a chief guest at a reception hosted by an Editor of an Urdu monthly magazine “Duedana Shahab” here, said.
Minister further added that being a democratic party PPP wanted to strengthen democratic system in the country and still in struggle for this goal.
The Minister said that continuation of the democratic system in the country was the result of the policy of reconciliation introduced by the party leadership and promoted culture of tolerance in the
country.
He said that in the past many democratic governments could not complete their term as the dictators derailed the process.
