DADU: Eight police officials and two private persons were booked in murder case of Pakistan Muslim League Functional – PMLF president city phulji station, Tarique Magsi on Tuesday. While, two police officials and two private persons were arrested.
Following the completion of an enquiry team constituted by SSP Dadu, Tarique Razzaque Dharejo and headed by DSP city Dadu, Abdullah Unar. A murder case of PMLF president city Phulji station, Tarique Magsi was registered on the complaint of Ghaffar Magsi, brother of Tarique Magsi against Ex SHO Rukkan police station, Ghulam Sarwar Gondal, ASI Sikander Burgri (SHO Phulji station), ASI Qurban Baladi (SHO Piyaro Goth), ASI Tarique Khahro, police constables Hanif Abro, Abdul Razzaque Sahto, Khadim Hingoro, Ashique Baladi and two private persons Sikander and Irfan Khehro at Rukkan police station.
Complainant Ghaffar Magsi, submitted in FIR that his brother Tarique Magsi was president of PMLF city phulji station. He stated that his brother had clash with two private persons, Sikander and Irfan Khehro nominated in FIR on the issue of plot located in phulji town. He said that some one month back, SHO Rukkan police, Ghulam Sarwar Gondal received huge amount of money and he along with his police team nominated in the FIR has arrested his brother Tarique Magsi from a hotel, shot dead him, showing a fake encounter. He said that his brother was not involved in any criminal activities but police officials showed him a criminal and shot dead him.
While, following directives of SSP Dadu, SHO phulji station, Sikander Burgri, SHO Piyaro Goth, Ashique Baladi and two private persons Sikander and Irfan Khehro were arrested.
