DHAKA: Pakistan under-19 team has defeated Canada by seven wicket and got second position, whereas in group matches Nepal beat Ireland; India beat New Zealand and Srilanka defeated Afghanistan.
As Pakistan won the toss and elected to bat first against Canada in second match group B. Canadian team was all out by making 178 run in 48.3 overs. Adhati scored 51 and Abrash Khan 44, whereas Pakistan Hasan Khan and Shadab Khan taken 3,2 wickets respectively.
Whereas Pakistani batsman showed an aggressive batting and pursued the target in 40.5 overs by 3 wickets. Zeeshan Malik scored 79 run, whereas Said Badar scored 44 run.
Likewise in other groups matches Srilanka beat Afghanistan by 33 run. Srilankan Team was all out by scoring 184 runs and in response of target Srilanka sent Afghanistan back to pavilion at 151 run.
