SHIKARPUR: Four unidentified armed bandits snatched Mazda truck loaded with mangoes on gunpoint within the jurisdiction of Sultan kot Police Station on National high way here on Monday in early hours,
Soon after the information the SSP Shikarpur ordered to police stations to make Nakabandi for recovery of the Mazda Truck snatched by the dacoits.
During the Nakabandi of the exits and inter roads the police party headed by DSP Lakhi Ghulam Shah Javeed Ahmed and CIA In-charge Alan Khan Abbassi in the jurisdiction of Chak Police Station succeeded in release of the Mazda truck from the possession of the culprits after encountering with them .
Police after encountering two of the culprits identified as Nizam uddin Brohi and Rahmatullah Mahar were arrested when the injured.
The Police have also recovered one Klashini kov, one repeater with good number of bullets.
The case into the matter was registered at SultanKot and Chak Police station.

SHIKARPUR: One woman Mst Sabiran Shah of 25 W/O Hussain Shah committed suicide while taking poison at Village Chatto Mangi within the jurisdiction of Madeji Police Station on Sunday.
The cause behind the incident was said to be matter of home dispute.
MAN KIDNAPPED

SHIKARPUR: One Imtiaz Changezi was kidnapped by some unidentified armed man from Kari Nawab Khan Muhalla here in Shikarpur when he was coming back on his Motorcycle to his home after working at his Ice Factory situated at in small industrial Area here on Sunday .
Staurt Gung Police have utilized their efforts in search of the kidnappee.

SHIKARPUR: On the Call of Jeai Sindh Mahaz (JSM) the shutter down strike was observed here in Shikarpur in protest against the growing lawlessness in district Shikarpur on Sunday.
The large number of JSM workers, Traders, Businessmen and the citizens participated in protest rally followed by demonstration held Lakhi gate clock tower chowk here.
While the rally was led by Sami ullah Shaikh, Asadullah soomro , Imran Mangi , Danish Hyderi and other city notables .
The protesters have demanded of Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah, IG Police Sindh, DIG Police Larkana range and SSP Shikarpur to take serious notice into the matter of growing lawlessness in Shikarpur city and the district in order to provide legal protection of life, honour and property to the citizens which was their legal, moral and democratic rights to be availed.

An other Contractor Manzoor Ahmed Mahar and Sher Muhammad Gopang deprived of his CD 70 Motorcycle and valuable things by three armed men driving on there motorcycle on Pistal Point at Gaheja to Wazir Abad Link Road in the Jurisdiction of Gaheja Police Station here on Sunday.
