The fate of students of BADC and BINCHS still undecided

The fate of students of Bibi Asifa Dental College (BADC) and Benazir Institute of Nursing and Community Health Sciences (BINCHS) 0f Shaheed Muhtarma Benazir Bhutto Medical University ( SMBBMU) Larkana is still undecided, ill planning continued, dream of developing modern university could not come true, two constituent college of university are still unregistered with Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) and Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC), all claims made by incumbent Vice Chancellor SMBBMU Professor Ghulam Asghar Channa proved hollows as no progress yet witnessed on his part to recognize Bibi Asifa Dental College and Benazir Institute of Nursing and Community Health Sciences Larkana with relevant institutes after the passage of 3 years, as future and career of students are at stake and one year left to pass out after that it would be quite difficult to find the jobs with recognized degrees.
After students protests, now contracted teaching faculty members of Bibi Asifa Dental College Larkana took to streets in protest for regularization of their services and presented their charter of demands among the regularization of their services, provision of salaries in time, facility of Laptop, multimedia and others.
Other side the A large number of students of BINCHS led by Salman Khan Soomro, Ali Raza Naich, Ali Nawaz Hasbani, Zulifqar Ali Lashari, Javed Ali Zardari, Taj Muhammad Abbasi and others held protest in front of administration block for acceptance of their legitimate demands and chanted slogans and called for early action to mitigate their issues.
Speaking with journalists Students informed that institutions are deprived of basic facilities of, Library, IT Lab, furniture, central canteen, sports activities, Anatomy Lab, multimedia, generator and others due to inefficiency and negligence of concerned administration.
They told that BINCHS offered admissions in 2012 for two programs Post RN two years and BSN generic for 4 years degree, now one year left for passing out, there will be no any value to degrees without recognition with PNC and PMDC, protesting students said. They adding that still SMBBMU has taken to initiative to appoint the Principal, Vice Principal even failed to meet the shortage of faculty members.
They appealed to high ups to take notice of matter and address their longstanding issue of recognition of two constituent colleges of SMBBMU and end the uncertainty among the students’ of BINCHS and BADC and save the future and career of students.
