KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) on Friday has directed the Sindh government, the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) and other relevant authorities to submit reply by August 25 over a petition against the Local Bodies (LB) constituencies.
According to details, SHC issued the directives while hearing six constitutional petitions against the de-limitations of Local Bodies constituencies by the MQM.
Sardar Ahmed has filed four while Dr Farooq Sattar has filed two constitutional petitions challenging the inclusion of urban Sindh areas in rural areas of the province.
