HYDERABAD: Expressing grave concern and condemning wave of the extra judicial killing of Sindhi youth in Sindh, Dr.Qadir Magsi chairman Sindh Taraqi Pasand Party has demanded setting up of judicial commission to probe as to who was behind kidnapping of Sindhi youth, missing for days and months then dumping their dead bodies killed in torture. Addressing news conference at press club here Wednesday Dr.Magsi said this chain of extra judicial killing was worst than barbarism. As the deprivations and injustices of small provinces increase, the dumping of dead bodies continues to rise. He said in Balochistan they say national anthem cant be tuned,Punjabis were killed and attacks are made on forces state resorts to killing Baloch activists and throwing their bodies but no subversive activity was being committed in Sindh then what is reason killing Sindhi youth. He said that the barbarians who scratch skin of people were sitting in lap of rulers. He said may be Sindhi youth were alienated with grievances but when prime minister was holding talks with Taliban why he cannot with angry Sindhi youth.
Qadir Magsi made it clear that his party was not anti state and do not believe in theory of Sindhu desh but what his party wants is that people get their rights. He also condemned silence of PPP though it was in power in Sindh. Where is Bilawal Bhutto Zardari who used to raise slogan of Marsoon Marsoon Sindh No Desoon. He asked are the boys being killed extra judicially not sons of Sindh and Zardari himself playing politics in Lahore has kept criminal silence. He said so far 40 Sindhi activists have been killed under extra judicial but not any superior court or government functionary taken notice. He said if there was any charge against those killed they should be produced before court.He made appeal to United Nations to send fact finding misson to see why children of Sindh were being killed adding that if anyone thinks that by killing youth nationalist movement in Sindh would come to end he was mistaken.
Magsi made appeal to Army chief General Raheel Sharif to help stop this barbarism as he was army chief of whole Pakistan and has taken oath to protect 180 million people of country and ensure that few terrorist killers were not more powerful than army.He also made appeal to Shafi Burfat (so called leader of Jeay Sindh Mutehida Mahaz) not to hand over Sindhi youth to any one through his nursery. He asked the victim families to lodge FIRs with concerned police stations and if police refuses through court orders. He was critical of Sindh administration adding that bad governance was due to the fact that Zardari, Altaf and Malik Riaz were de facto owners of Sindh so getting justice was near impossible.

HYDERABAD: Jamiat Ulema Islam Sindh Pakistan has said JUI was passing through pain and pathos with martyrdom of JUI Sindh great leader Dr. Khalid Mahmood Soomro as murder was not only great loss for party but for whole Islamic world.Dr.Soomro had played his role for peace and struggled for rights of Sindh, supremacy of Islam, abolition of Jagirdari system and for such kind of his ideas he was martyred. He said JUI was a peaceful party we believe in tolerance and anti terrorism. JUI has been working in first row of struggle for democracy. Addressing press conference Maulana Taj Muhammad Nahyoon along with Mufti Habibullah,Hafiz Khalid Hassan Dhamra, Hafiz Azam Jehangiri,Ghulam Sarwar Buledi advocate,Maulana Ziaurehman Tahir, Maulana Abdul Malik Brohi and Humayoon Khan Mandokhel, said their chief Maulana Fazal Rehman was also attacked many times. He was of the view that it seems there was conspiracy to kill our Ulema in a target. He made it clear that if they think that by targeting JUI leaders the voice for Sindh would stop they were mistaken. He said the murder of Dr. Khalid has given inspiration to our workers as now Dr Khalid will born in every home. He said we do not fear of such attacks and would continue to work for supremacy of Islam. He said JUI was only party that ha more Ulema (religious scholars) than any other. He said Maulana Fazal Rehman was attacked three times and Dr.Khalid Soomro was killed dastardly but due to their peaceful preaching not a single window pane was broken,nor a vehicle burnt in whole Pakistan but warned that their silence should not be treated as weakness.
Maulana Nahyoon announced that they would hold peaceful demonstration in every district of Sindh on Decemeber 5 to mark protest against martyrdom of Khalid Soomro and attacks on their Quaid. He lamented that despite such a horrific incident no government functionary includidng Chief Minister, chief secretary home secretary and IG not contacted to his family. He demanded removal of Qaim Ali Shah from post of chief minister. He demanded to arrest killers of Dr. Soomro otherwise they would be compelled to hold unique protest unprecedented in Pakistan.
12 millions are deprived of basic right of education

LARKANA: Regional Coordinator Alif Ailan Larkana chapter Junaid Dahar on Wednesday, 6 millions children out of 12 millions are deprived of basic right of education among 250000 children in Larkana district are out of school which is deplorable situation, he was speaking with journalists in press conference at Larkana Press Club while presenting the report of Alif Ailan ( 25 Million broken promises).
He apprised that media regarding the prevailing education policies in Sindh,still Pakistan is well behind the neighbor countries in education field with 58 percent literacy rate, where as Srilanka is ahead us with 99 percent literacy rate, Pakistan has yet to achieve illennium Development Goal MDG, spending 2.9 percent GDP to education instead of 7 percent which is deplorable situation, he said.
He further informed that 300 schools of Larkana district are deprived of electricity facility, 200 schools have no drinking water and other basic facilities like wash rooms despite of having budget 4 billions 57 crores salaries and non salaries budget.
Junaid Dahar said that World Bank has provided the 800 millions School Specific Budget (SPB) for improvement the conditions of Sindh schools but due to inefficiency of concerned officials budget was not utilized in several district among Larkana district.
He said that objective of arranging the workshop to create an awareness among the masses and parents to enroll their children and enhance literacy rate, quality education is right of every children, he said.
Alif Ailan representative Junaid Dahar told that several government schools were visited and found lack of proper facilities, still thousands boys and girls aged 5 are out of schools which is violation of article 25 A right to education, state should provide the free and compulsory education to all children of the age five to sixteen, he said.
He said that it is mockery in education department that Students, even students of Tenth X Class are unable to read English story, but they were passed out from Ninth to Tenth, added that.
he said that civil society and every individual should play his role for provision of education to all and in order to achieve Millennium Development Goal.

SHIKARPUR: Pakistan Peoples Cultural Wing celebrated anniversary of Pakistan Peoples Party here on Wednesday.
According to press release issued by Pakistan Peoples Cultural Wing voice president Advocate Nazeer bhayo, Advocate Fakir Muhammad Abro and several activists of Cultural wing was celebrated 47th Youm-e-Tasees and said that Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto had founded Pakistan Peoples party 47 years back. ZA Bhutto served to poor peoples of Pakistan he said and added Roti Kapra aur Makaan had been raised slogan by Bhutto and struggled for peoples of Pakistan.
Advocate Nazeer Bhayo, Advocate Fakir Muhammad Abro further said on that occasion Pakistan Peoples Party is strong, stable under the leadership of Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and cut the cake of Youm-e-Tasees.
