PPP leadership struggles on grassroots level: Faryal Talpur

SHIKARPUR: Muhtarma Faryal Talpur PPP MNA and the central President of Woman division has said that the Pakistan People’s Party is a singular national political party in the country which has it’s roots in the people who believed in able leadership of the party. While the PPP leadership believed in the positive politics to be adopted for well being of the masses so this party was founded by founder Chairman Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto aimed at improving the socio economic condition and protecting the fundamental rights of the people who were deprived of their democratic and constitutional rights in the period of democratic and constitutional rights in the period of previous non-democratic Governments.
This was stated by her while talking to media men on the occasion of a meeting held with PPP candidate Aftab Shahban Mirani and other district party leaders at Mirani House here on Sunday in connection with the election campaign being launched in support of re-election being held on 21 polling stations in NA-202 Shikarpur-I constituency on May-06-2014.
She said that PPP leadership believed in freedom of democracy with the opinion of free, fair and transparent elections without resuming the act of rigging because of restoration of democratic rights of vote to be availed by the people to elect the capable representatives of their choice to serve them.
She on the occasion called for the police and district administrations to make preventive measure to meet the security purpose so that the voters may avail their right of vote in peaceful situation without creating untoward situation of trouble and difficulties for the voters during the re-poll process being held on May-6-2014 on 21 disputed polling stations.
Replying to a question about the election work, Muhtarma Faryal Talpur said that she herself and his other party leaders and workers were supporting the PPP candidate Mr. Mirani in his election campaign work to get him succeeded in re-election on 21 polling stations in the capacity of party affiliation but not in the capacity of rulers.
However she hoped for victory of Mr. Mirani in ensuring re-election on 21 polling stations.
