LARKANA: Police failed to find any clue about the three women escaped from Darul Amman, Inspector General Police Sindh, Secretary Social Welfare Department have taken notice of incident and directed to concerned authorities to submit the fact finding reports regarding the incident and take stern action against the involved accused.
Three separate inquiry teams have been constituted to probe into the allegedly mysterious escaping of three women from custody of Darul Aman Larkana in the mid night a day before.
While, on the directives of Secretary Social Welfare Department Sindh, a team of Social Welfare Department led Provincial Director Nuzhat Fatima and Deputy Director Abdul Rahim Lakho reached at Larkana and met with in charge Darul Amman Larkana Mukhtiar begum and collected her statement and other evidences, the team also visited the crime scene.
Besides, Deputy Commissioner Larkana Ghanwar Ali Leghari and SSP Larkana Khalid Mustafa Korai have formed two separate teams to investigate the incident, three member investigation team led by Additional Commissioner 1 Larkana Saifullah Abro, Assistant Commissioner Larkana Dr Masood Ahmed Bhutto and Deputy Director Social Welfare Department Larkana Ameer Ali Abro, another team led by ASP city Tauqeer Ahmed has been constituted by SSP.
It is pertinent to be mention here that three women of Darul Amman Larkana had fled away in mid night one day before among Nusrat Buledi resident of Garhi Khero, Nooran Chandio dweller of Warah and Muskan Shaikh belonging from Khairpur Mirus district by crossing 15 feet long boundary wall of Darul Amman by breaking the grill of Window of Darul Amman building near Shaikh Zaid Colony Larkana in the Jurisdiction of Waleed Police Station.
Police apprehended the two chowkidars of Darul Amman Allah Bux Brohi and Atta Muhammad, Social Welfare officer Fahim Ahmed Bhutto lodged FIR at Waleed Police Station against both arrested men and other involved staff.
SSP Larkana Khalid Mustafa Korai punished 4 Police cops and sent them to quarter ghaat, among Head Constable Muhammad Mithal, PC Abdul Wahab, Azam and Raja Khan posted at Darul Amman on their negligence in duties.
Three women had sought asylum at Darul Amman Larkana on the court orders and were facing the different cases, sources informed that it was quite difficult to cross 15 feet compound wall in the strict surveillance of deployed Police and Chowkidars (watchmen).
Three teams are probing into the incident, yet substantial results found and further investigation is underway.
