MULTAN: Police claimed on Tuesday to have arrested 41 criminals, including 36 proclaimed offenders, during separate raids across the district.
Police conducted raids at various locations and arrested 36 proclaimed offenders who were wanted to police in different cases of dacoity, robbery, theft etc.
Police also unearthed a distillery and arrested two drug peddlers besides recovering 45 litre liquor from their possession.
Three illegal weapon holders were also apprehended with two pistols, one kalashnikov and rounds. Separate cases have been registered against the accused.
