PM chairs high-level meeting to review progress on projects power

ISLAMABAD: The Prime Minister (PM)Nawaz Sharif has chaired a high-level meeting in Islamabad to review progress of power projects run on LNG.
According to the details, he directed that all power projects should be completed on time. 3600 Megawatts (mw) electricity obtained from Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) will be added to national grid by 2017.
The meeting was briefed on LNG imports. PM directed to strictly implement laws related to power projects and directed Ministry of Petroleum to complete all LNG power projects on time.
PM Nawaz said that government should solve the problem of load shedding soon.
