ISLAMABAD: Chief of Army Staff Gen Raheel Sharif on Wednesday called on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and briefed him on the North Waziristan Operation Zarb-e-Azb.
Prime Minister Sharif said during the meeting there was no example in history of the sacrifices being rendered by the soldiers of Pakistan Army.
He added that our soldiers were fighting for the country’s future.
The prime minister further said Pakistan’s destination should be peace and stability.
According to the prime minister all resources will be provided to the IDPs and no cost would be spared for their resettlement.
While other, the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Wednesday said Pakistan has witnessed an unprecedented growth in one year and promised if the pace continues, the country’s destiny would change in next four years.
