MNA Dr Mahreen hails Sindh budget

Member National Assembly (MNA) Dr Mahreen Bhutto has hailed the Sindh provincial budget for the fiscal 2014-15.
He termed the provincial budget for the fiscal year 2014-15, presented in the Sindh Assembly on Friday, a “great achievement” of the Sindh government.
Talking to the Pioneer here on Friday, she highly welcomed the provincial government`s announcement regarding establishment of new Law University in Malir, Karachi.
She said Sindh government fixed Rs 185 for development projects in the current fiscal year is laudable decision.
She said that owing to the better economic policies of Chief Minister (CM) Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah, the government had succeeded in presenting such a historic budget.
She hailed the government for increasing ten percent salaries of government employees as well as for the steps introduced for the welfare of low-income groups and felicitated the CM on behalf of the people of Sindh for presenting such a historic budget adding that its was good to decided minimum monthly wage for labourers was fixed at Rs 11,000.
She congratulated the CM and Sindh for presenting the budget of the Sindh PPP- led government.
MNA Ms Bhutto said that the budget is very much in accordance with the aspirations of the people especially traders, businessmen, industrialists, students and women.
