HYDERABAD: The wife and children of missing activist of Jeay Sindh observed hunger strike in front of press club Hyderabad on Monday and demanded his immediate recovery. It may be mentioned here that Raja Daher who is son of renowned Sindhi writer Atta Muhammad Bhambhro was arrested by security agencies from his village near Khairpur in a raid at midnight a month and half ago. Since then his whereabouts is not known.Police has said they have not arrested him nor he was at any police station. Many nationalist parties have condemned arrest and disappearance of Raja Daher and demanded his recovery. His wife and children were forlorn without him. His wife told that she has come all along from Khairpur to hunger strike to press government to disclose arrest of his husband and release. She also made appeal to human rights bodies to mhelp recover her disappeared husband. She also expressed apprehension that he might be killed in false encounter and made appeal to chief justice to take notice of her husband’s disappearance.
HYD MQM MAKES APPEAL TO RECONSIDER DECISION OF HUNGER STRIKE

HYDERABAD: Incharge and members of Zonal Committee Mutehida Quumi Movement Hyderabad Zone has made appeal to MQM Quaid Altaf Hussain to reconsider his decision of hunger strike as they said he was asset and last hope of Pakistan’s oppressed people. They said Quaid Tehrik rules millions of people of Pakistan as such they make him appeal to reconsider his decision and withdraw it. Addressing news conference here Monday the zonal incharge Naveed Shamsi, MPAs Sabir Qaimkhani and Rashid Khilji, Imran Noor and others condemned what they called genocide of Muhajirs demanding to stop their physical and economical genocide. They said they make appeal tot their Quaid as he has given sacrifices for movement through blood of his family members which has put cracks in Wadera Shahi and Jagirdari system who were punishing movement by character assassination and conspiracy which is seen through political sanctions on MQM. They said such forces were occupying the country who were attempting to enslave people but MQM and its Quaid were big in their intention. Now these forces were trying minus one formula which was condemnable. They said they think that once more attack was being made on Haq Parast people and rulers of Sindh were promoting feelings of hatred among people They said that they were playing their full role for solidarity and security of country. They warned that if their voice was tried to be suppressed through state force then it may culminate in dangerous result. They said in their way of righteousness not only Muhajirs but others like Sindh, , Punjabi, Baloch , Pathans and others were with them to foil the conspiracies against MQM and their Quaid Altaf Hussain.
KHALID SHIAKH IS RIGHT ADMINISTRATOR:HYD TRADERS FOR CANCELLING HIS TRANSFER

HYDERABAD: The traders of Hyderabad city led by Aslam Deswali, president Hyderabad city welfare organization and comprising businessman Shakir Memon, Anjuman Tajran Hyderabad president Yousuf Memon, Azam Chohan,Tariq Shaikh,Ghulam Rasool Gadi and Mushtaq Majeed have demanded from Sindh government to cancel transfer of HMC Administrator Khalid Mahmood Shaikh terming him as efficient and right person to head HMC. Addressing news conference here Monday they said Hyderabad city which had lost its past glory and has turned heap of garbage and with broken streets and roads, menace of encroachments the city had turned as Moenjo Daro. But the citizens were lucky enough as officer like Khalid Mahmood Shaikh was posted as municipal administrator who within a period of one and half year solved many issues of city. The roads have now been constructed afresh and encroachments removed, They said along with other district officers like DC Fayyaz Jatoi and SSP Irfan Ali Baloch the city has got its beauty back as also its pas peace and atmosphere. When the citizens were feeling happy with administrator on a sudden government issued orders of his transfer. They said they feel his transfer as atrocity with citizens of Hyderabad and demanded to cancel his transfer.They also made this demand from Corps Commander, D.G.Rangers, GOC Hyderabad and members of Apex Committee to cancel his transfer so the pace of development of city could continue.
