ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) on Friday forecast scattered rain with thundershower at various parts of the country including Islamabad and Rawalpindi during the next 24 hours.
According to a spokesman of PMD, heavy rains would generate flash flooding and urban flooding in the vulnerable area as he asked all concerned authorities to take precautionary measures
accordingly.
He further forecast rain with thundershower in Karachi, Islamabad, Upper Punjab Gujranwala, Lahore, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Sahiwal, Multan, D.G.Khan, Bahawalpur divisions, Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar,Kohat, Bannu, D.I.Khan, Zhob, Sibbi, Kallat, Naseerabad, Quetta, Makran divisions, FATA, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
