JUSTICE FAISAL ARAB TAKES OATH AS ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE OF SHC

Justice Sajjad Ali Shah administered the oath to acting Chief Justice of Sindh High Court Mr. Justice Faisal Arab at a simple ceremony held at the Sindh High Court, building here on Friday. The ceremony was also attended by the Judges of Sindh High Court layers, notable and media persons.

The Hon’ble Chief Justice and the Judges of Sindh High Court, Karachi has transferred Mrs. Mushtari Khanum, Senior Civil Judge Karachi-East and posted her as Officer on Special Duty in the High Court of Sindh, Karachi (attached with the office of Member Inspection Team-II, High Court of Sindh).

SHARJEEL MEMON DIRECTS TO ENSURE ARRANGMENTS FOR EQUITABLE & FAIR DISTRIBUTION OF WATER IN KARACHI

Sindh Minister for Information and Local Government Sharjeel Innam Memon who is also the chairman of Karachi Water & Sewerage Board (KWSB) has directed the Managing Director and the officers of Water Board to ensure the arrangements for equitable and fair distribution of water supply throughout Karachi city during the last 10 days of Ramadan specially on the nights of Holy month. In this regard, no negligence of any kind would be ignored, Minister warned.
He directed that schedule regarding the supply of water should be prepared with the consultation of all Chief Engineers so that the people could not have any complaint of water shortage during the holy nights of Ramdan.
Sharjeel Memon directed all the Chief Engineers to remain present in the field and maintain close coordination with the representatives. He also directed DMD’s and Chief Engineers to remain vibrant and fulfill their professional responsibilities with dedication and honesty and engage their sub-ordinate staff properly for the purpose.
He directed to pay special attention on the cleanliness of drainage lines. Provincial Minister hoped that the officers and staff will work with the dedication for making the arrangements during remaining days of Ramdan.
