India refuses to attend Commonwealth Parliamentary conference in Islamabad

NEW DELHI: India has boycotted commonwealth Parliamentary Conference to be held in Islamabad from September 30 to October 8.
India has boycotted Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference due to no invite Speaker of Indian occupied Kashmir by United Nations.
On other side, Pakistan said that they can’t invite the Speaker of held Kashmir, it is a dispute territory.
Pakistan is going to host the 61st Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference, , first ever of the country, that will be attended by more than 500 participants including, Speakers, Presiding Officers, Deputy Presiding Officers, Parliamentarians as well as other important parliamentary stakeholders from across the 53 Member states.
