Gardner (Malhi) Rice Canal Ghar Sub Division protests against occupation on irrigation Parks and properties

The Gardner (Malhi) of Rice Canal Ghar Sub Division Larkana observed token hunger strike against the occupation on the irrigation Parks and other properties by influential land grabbers here in front of Larkana Press Club on Friday.
Imdad Ali Jagirani who is posted as Malhi at Ghar Sub Division Irrigation Department Larkana by holding the banners and placards inscribed with slogans demanding the removal of occupation on hundreds acre government land and other properties by land mafia.
Talking to media protesting Malhi apprised that land grabbers collusion with concerned irrigation officials have occupied both sides of Rice Canal, Ghar Wah and Aabro Minor banks and sold hundreds acres government land illegally by allegedly making fake documents and tempering the record.
He said that during the British rule beautiful parks were established on 1929 at Rice Canal regulator, Ghar Wah and Aabro Minor for the facilitation of public but due to inefficiency and slackness, beautiful parks turned into ruins, no maintenance work was carried to save the historical parks which are assets of Larkana.
Protesting Malhi said he will file the case with Sindh High Court against the occupation on Irrigation properties and parks and continue his struggle till the removal of occupation.

JSQM Arisar raised voice against PPO

Jeay Sindh Qaumi Mahaz (Arisar) rejected the Pakistan Protection Ordinance (PPO) and a large number of their activists recorded their protest and token hunger strike for withdrawal of ordinance on Friday.
The protest was led by Central JSQM leader Maseh Kalani, district President Mashooque Chengni, Khalid Shaikh, Manzoor Abro and others.
They said that PPO has been reinforced to suppress the national struggle in Sindh and Balochistan provinces adding that during the Marshal Law such law was not promulgated in country to crush the militants and movements.
They termed PPO as death warrant for Sindh and legalizing the operations and suppressions against the National movements which is violation of fundamental rights.
They demanded of human rights organizations of world to take notice of matter and force government of Pakistan to repeal the black law.
