LAHORE: A former assistant sub-inspector (ASI) gunned down three people and injured another over a domestic feud here on Wednesday.
According to police, the incident took place in Lahore’s Hadyara area, when a former ASI Nawaz raged at his in-laws and opened fire at them.
As a consequence, his father-in-law named Safdar and brother-in-law Nauman were killed on the spot. The shooting wounded two more named Shahbaz and Naeem who were immediately shifted to a hospital.
Naeem, however, succumbed to the deadly wounds, while Shahbaz is still under treatment at the hospital. The deceased included two real brothers and their father.
