Journalists, social leaders and Citizens attended the funeral prayer, Ali Gul Sangi passed away at his home, Tuesday morning, Deceased was suffering from lever diseases and few months back he had undergone the transplantation of lever at India, piece of lever also was donated by his son Sadam Gul Sangi, but later his health conditions turned down and was hospitalized at Karachi few days ago, after the improvement he returned at his village where he breathed his last.
Later Ali Gul Sangi was born on 1952 at his village Dodai kilo-meter off from Larkana city, he started his journalistic career on 1991, besides he was famous Poet, renowned Singers of Sindh and Pakistan have
sung his poetry, among Abida Parveen, Manzoor Sakhrani, Ustad Muhammad Yousif, Sarmad Sindhi, Humera Channa, Shazia Khushik and others, besides he was author of 8 Books among “Peperan Me Pengh” and “ Kanda Saria Kalh”.
Late Ali Gul Sangi remained the UC Nazim during 2005, he was chieftain of Sangi community, he left behind two wives, 6 sons and five daughters, his services for Sindhi language and people will be remembered for ever.

over the sad demise of Senior Jouranlist Ali Gul Sangi and prayed to almighty Allah to rest his soul in eternal peace.

LARKANA: Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO) in collaboration with Integrated Health System Strengthening System (IHSAS) arranged a Community T heater at village Imam Bux Malah Union Council Bagi of Larkana district regarding the health of mother and child here on Wednesday.
on the occasion community theatre regarding the health of mother and child was presented to create awareness among the public.
Speakers among Dr Liaqat Ali, Malak Waqar, Babar, District Manger SRSO Abdul Latif Soomro, and others highlighted the health issues of women and child, they said that objective of community theater was to create awareness among the public and educating them regarding the basic health problems, adding that we should facilitate the women to get pregnant women vaccinated and save the lives of child.
They said that it is very important to mobilize the women folk at different villages and motivate the rural community to undertake the social responsibility for prevention of deadly diseases.
On the occasion a large number of women and children participated in program and witnessed the community theatre.

LARKANA: A large number of Lady Health Workers (LHW) Larkana district who are contributing their greater services for EPI program including Polio and Measles in various centers, took out the protest
rally and observed demonstration outside the Larkana Press Club for regularization of their services and against the DHO Larkana for depriving from salaries for 6 months without any here Tuesday.
The rally was led by President Larkana Lady Health Workers Association Shehar Bano Bhutto, Tahira Abro, Razia, Shahida and others, the rally started from Suekarno Tower Larkana which marching through various roads culminated at Jinah Bagh and Press Club, where the protesting LHW by holding the banners and placards inscribed slogans, shouted the slogans in favor of their demands and called for their rights.
Speakers addressing said that concerned Health authorities have failed to implement the Supreme Court order to regularize the services of Lady Health Worker for past two years, total 1100 LHW are performing their services in Taluka Hospitals, RHC, BHU and other health centers since 1994 but they have been ignored by rulers. They said that Shaheed Benazir Bhutto had introduced the LHW and given
title of second army but present PPP government is reluctant to address the basic problems of poor Lady Health Workers.
They informed that LHW are receiving Salary Rs 7000 per month and 250 per day for Polio vaccination where as PPP government had announced to increase the TA from 250 to 500 but yet no action was taken.
Protesting Leaders alleged that concerned officials among DHO Larkana has misused the funds provided by foreign non government organizations for the health services but officials are not utilizing the budget on project properly to eradicate the diseases including Measles, Polio and others.
Concerned authorities have been receiving the huge funds from the UNICIEF, WHO, and other non government organizations since long for national program to eradicate the diseases but due to inefficiency of concerned officials program is moving toward the failure.
They demanded of high ups to take notice of matter, regularize their services and release their withheld Salaries and other facilities otherwise they will continue their protest.

Load shedding, for political revenge, State Minister Abid Sher Ali is mentally abnormal who has been empowered to impose his unilateral discussions for plunging the Sindh into darkness; he said this while addressing the press conference at Circuit House Larkana on Tuesday.
Senator Aajiz Dhamrah further said that on the directives of State Minister Abid Sher Ali several eeders of electricity in Sindh among Larkana district were illegally closed and called people sindh as theft which is unacceptable.
He said that before leveling allegations on Sindh people, state minister should recall his brother Aamir Sher Ali who was in jail for 2 year in corruption charges, added that Sindh is contributing the 70 percent revenue to federal government and majority of consumers have been paying the electricity bills in time, but it is unfair to punish the all, he said.
Aajaz Dhamrah said that PPP wants that democratic government of PML N should complete its 5 year constitutional term and do not want to destabilize it.
He expressed concern over the batten charges on armeless protesting residents of Larkana who were injured by Rangers cops, stated that CM Punjab Mian Shahbaz Shareef had introduced the such trend to attack on Wapda offices and grid stations in Punjab during the PPP government in center now people of other provinces are following the trend.
Senator informed that DC Larkana has written letter to Chief Secretary and Wapda authorities and seeking lists of defaulters so that collective efforts are made for recovery of outstanding dues, he alleged that XEN, SDO, LS and Line Man are involved in power thefts, Abid Sher Ali before leveling the allegations to Sindh people, he should see his home.
He demanded of Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif to remove the State Minister Abid Sher Ali and address the engery crises.

On the occasion Hundreds people of different areas including Nazar Muhalla, Cattle Colony, Mumtaz Colony Larkana, New Nazar and others took out the rally from Nazar muhala a locality of Senior Minister Sindh Nisar Ahmed Khuhro, rally marched to SEPCO SE WAPDA and Chandka Sub Division SEPCO where protestors shouted the slogans in favor of their demands for restoring the electricity. infuriated people entered into the SE SEPCO and ransacked the computors, furniture and office records, they also torched the Vehcle of Generator, Police and Rangers were called and resorted the batten charge on people resulted 4 protestors sustained injuries while enraged people hit rod to Rangers Personal Waqar who received the head injuries.
A huge number of people besieged to SEPCO offices, Ladies Jail road and Al-Murtaz House road while employees of SEPCO escaped from the scene, Police and local administration failed to protect the SEPCO asets, Police was disappeared during protest, later was called to cop the situation.
While Regional Chairman Pakistan Wapda Hydro Electric Central Labor Union ( PWHECU) Nisar Ahmed Shaikh called emergency meeting to discuss about the prevailing situation and expressed concern over the poor security.
Regional Chairman condemned the attack on SEPCO offices and ransacking the office record and burning of generator, he said that employees and poor workers are insecure inside their offices, added the under the policy of federal government supply of electricity have been suspended, there is guilt of poor workers and employees.
Leader Nisar Shaikh demanded of government to provide the protection to employees, review its policy otherwise they will not perform their duties.

He said that PPP government has established B.Ed College in Larkana on 2009 following vision of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto to facilitate the local people adding that thousands educated youth were given jobs on merit and provided the training for skills development by SBBYDP.
MNA Muhammad Ayaz Soomro problems in previous government were not as much, present PML N government failed to cope with energy crises and other issues despite of tall claims, Lahore and Larkana are different, rulers are victimizing the people of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto district, and Power theft is more reported in Punjab as compared to Sindh.
He criticized on behavior of Federal Minister Abid Sher Ali on issuing the controversial statements leveling the allegation of power thefts to Sindh people, particularly Larkana people which is deplorable, added the federal government is politically victimizing the Sindhi people, rulers should respect the Sindh which contributing the great share of Tax to national exchequer.

LARKANA: New elected President Sindh Balochistan Rice Millers and Traders Association (SBRMTA) Aziz Ahmed Abro challenged to Estate Minister for water and Power Abid Sher Ali to debate him at any News
Channel regarding the power theft and load shedding in Sindh and Baluchistan, owners of Rice Mills are paying Rs 1.5 billion rupees per month electricity bills despite of that Rice Mills are facing the unannounced power outage, he expressed these views while addressing the press conference at Head Office of SBRMTA in Larkana on Saturday.
President SBRMTA further said that 1,4 million people are working in Sindh Balochistan Rice Mills, whose employment are at stake, due to long hours loadsheding, several rice mills have been closed and hundreds workers became unemployed.
Aziz Abro said that 2500 Rice Mills in both provinces are suffering and are at verge of closure, causing the unemployment and unrest in masses, Federal Government will be held responsible.
He said that all members of Rice Mills of Sindh and Balochistan will not pay the electricity bills of Wapda and will file case in High Court and deposit the electricity bills in court.
He demanded of Prime Minister of Pakistan to take notice of matter, remove the minster Abid Sher Ali and resolve the problems of Traders community, otherwise, They will seal the border of Punjab till the acceptance of demands.

LARKANA: The meeting of District Polio Eradication Committee (DPEC) Larkana was held under the chairmanship of Additional Deputy Commissioner 1 Larkana Saifullah Abro at circuit house Larkana to review arrangements about new round of anti Polio campaign to be started from 24th March to 27th March 2014 in Larkana district here on Thursday.
Meeting was attended by representatives WHO, UNICEF, NGOs, representatives of civil society, officials of Revenue Department, Scouts, DHO Larkana and others.
Additional DC 1 Saifullah Abro urged upon parents, teachers, religious scholars and concerned health officials to play their respective role for eradication of fatal Polio diseases in Larkana and country.
He said that there is no security issue in Larkana for Polio team, all required facilities will be provided to Polio workers for ensuring the vaccination at all forest areas of Larkana district, district administration is also closely monitoring the activities.
On the occasion DHO Larkana briefed to Additional Deputy Commissioner 1 Larkana about the arrangements and apprised that t more than 296000 children aged below five years will be administered anti Polio drops, in this connection 718 teams have been formed while 42 health centers,
46 transit points will also facilitate the services under the supervision of WHO, UNICEF and DHO administration.
He urged upon the parents of children and representatives of civil society and citizens to play their respective role to ensure the vaccination of every child in their areas he said.

LARKANA: A large number of employees of Population Welfare Department Larkana on protest call given by APCA family planning Sindh staged protest and demonstration against the poor law and order situation, increasing criminal activities in Sindh here on Thursday.
President APCA family planning Sindh Peeral Dayo led the protest and called for posting of honest Police officers and avoid from political transfers and postings in different departments in Sindh.
The protesting employees of PWD and members of APCA family planning were carrying the banners and placards inscribed with slogans for the adhering the merit and get rid from dacoit culture.
Provincial President Peeral Dayo talking to media men that entire sindh is burning into the tribal clashes, bloody disputes, highway robberies, kidnappings for ransom and other heinous crimes but local Police are reluctant to take action against the culprits who are openly challenging the writ of government.
He criticized on educated children of poor people are committing suicide due to poverty and unemployment in Sindh on the other hand PPP rulers are selling the jobs to their favorites, adding that APCA will not tolerate injustice with poor youth, will start its province wide protest movement against the violation of merit.

Former Taluka Nazim Dokri Shafqat Hussain Unar, President PPP Taluka Bakrani Sohail Ahmed Siyal, Adnan Unar son of former provincial minister late Haji Altaf Hussain Unar, Chieftain of Bughio community and PML F Leader Sarfraz Ahmed Bughio, JUI leader Mohbat Ali Khuhro, JUP leader Hafiz Ahmed Ali Abbasi and others submitted their nomination papers on last date of submission at District Returning Officer, the scrutiny of documents will be conducted from 17 March 2014.
It is pertinent to mention here that on 26th February 2014 Election Tribunal Sukkur had disqualified the stalwart MPA Haji Altaf Hussain Unar ordered for re poll at PS 35, close contest will be seen in between Shafqat Hussain Unar an independent candidate and PPP candidate Sohail Anwar Anwar Siyal on 24th April 2014 by election at PS 35 Bakrani that seat is ancestral of Unar family.
