SHIKARPUR: Two accused named Mir Muhammad Shujrah and his brother Allah Wadhayo Shujrah were awarded the punishment of death sentence by the 4th Additional Sessions Judge Shikarpur Zahid Hussain Metlo on Monday here.
The accused had murdered one professor Ghulam Qadir Shujrah some three years before in Shikarpur on main road near Government High School No. 01.
On the complaint of Abdul Qadir Shujrah the father of deceased professor Ghulam Qadir Shujrah, the New Fujdari police had lodged the First Information Report (FIR) under crime No. 88/2013 under section 302 PPC and challaned the case in the learned court for trial.
The 4th Additional Sessions Judge Shikarpur Zahid Hussain Metlo after some hearings ordered to award death sentence to two accused named Mir Muhammad and Allah Wadhayo Shujrah in judgment on Monday.
The Mazhar Hussain Maghrio was the advocate from the side of the complaint while Naseer Ahmed Lodhi was advocating the side of accused party.
