Bilawal forms committee to probe Parveen’s accusations

KARACHI: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Patron-in-Chief Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Tuesday took notice of the accusations leveled by party MPA Parveen Aziz Junejo and formed a committee to investigate the matter.

According to a statement issued here, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari issued directives for the formation of a committee, consisting of senior leaders to investigate the allegations leveled by Sindh MPA Parveen Aziz Junejo.

PPP chairperson also instructed all the party members to refrain from giving any comments till the submission of report by the committee.

It is pertinent to note here that Mrs. Junejo yesterday denied having resigned from the assembly and claimed that she was forced to sign a blank paper in the presence of her husband and others at the party headquarters.
