ISLAMABAD: An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) of Islamabad has approved Pervez Musharraf’s petition regarding his exemption from attending the court in judges detention case.
According to the details, Justice Sohail Ikram of Anti-terrorism court of Islamabad heard the case, during which new medical certificate of Former President Pervez Musharraf was presented to the court.
Pervez Musharraf’s advocate told the court that Musharraf cannot appear before the court due to his illness.
The lawyer requested to allow exemption from court, which court approved Former President’s exemption petition, after which court adjourned the case hearing until February 12.
