KAMONKE: Four persons lost their lives on Monday as a car collided with a railway engine after running over a railway crossing guard in Kamonke near Gujranwala, while two others received injuries.
The deceased were identified as Imran, Dastagir, Zaigham Jan and a railway crossing guard, while Arsalan and Abid sustained critical injuries.
The car riders were going to Lahore Airport from Sialkot to see off their cousin.
QUETTA: At least three personnel of Frontier Works Organization (FWO) dead and seven other sustained injuries in a road mishap on National Highway near Panjgur town area of Balochistan.
According to local administrations, the personnel of FWO were on way to somewhere in a vehicle when their vehicle overturned due its tyre burst.
As a result, FWO three personnel died on the spot while seven other suffered wounds.
The bodies and the injured were rushed to nearby hospital.
