18 TTP wanted outlaws (IDPs majority) arrested by Sindh police: DIG Larkana

DIG Larkana Javed Alam Odho has disclosed that 18 wanted outlaws IDPs majority of them belonging from Tehreek e Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has been arrested by Sindh Police entering into Sindh near Kamu Sharif border area of Punjab from North Wazirstan, IDPs are citizen of Pakistna, their influx could be stopped, however Police will check the criminal elements, he said this while addressing the press conference here at his office on Tuesday.
He said that surveillance of 2500 KM area is difficult to check infiltration of criminal IDPs, there are several routes leading to Banu and Sawat, in this regard check posts have already been set up at different roads to apprehend the suspects.
DIG Larkana Javed Alam Odho informed that Larkana Police have busted the gang involved in life attack on Dr Khaleeque Soomro and brutally injured him by gun firs at his clinic few days back.
Rahmatpur Police have arrested two involved accused Waheed Detho and Bakhat Mirani and recovered weapon and motorcycle which were used in crime, he said.
DIG said that besides that Ratodero Police during the encounter arrested the Kashif Jalbani in injuring condition who was believed to be leader of gang and other accused Gulzar Lashari was also arrested by Police and his arrest led to main accused, DIG said.
DIG apprised about the another achievement of Larkana Police and found the clue of agent mafia behind the distribution BISP stipends in Larknaa district, Police raided at different localities and managed to nab three agents among Gada Hussain Malano, Masood Ahmed and Gada Khuharo, on the occasion Police found Rs 70000 cash, Watan Cards, Debit cards, Bank vouchers and other material from their possessions.
He said that crime rate is in control in his range at Larkana and Sukkur, mostly criminal activities remain in peak during the Eid days however the highway robberies and other crime are under control.
On the occasion ASP City Tauqeer Ahmed and other concerned officials were present.

Anti Corruption Establishment Police under the supervision of Judicial Magistrate on Tuesday raided at Sub Registrar office Larkana and arrested record keeper clerk with red handed by taking allegedly bribe money.
According to details: Anti Corruption Establishment Police led by Circle Officer Larkana Rato Khan Jalbani and Additional Circle Officer Abdul Hameed Sangi during the presence of Judicial Magistrate-I Jahangir Bhayo conducted raid at Sub Registrar Office Larkana trapped record keeper clerk Nazir Shah when he received the bribe amount Rs 2500 from complainant Abdul Rasool Tunion for provision of true copy of land record, on the occasion Anti Corruption Police recovered allegedly bribe money from his pocket and arrested him red handed.
Anti Corruption Police have registered the FIR 13/2014 against the accused and started further investigation.
Circle Officer Rato Khan Jalbani told media men that during the interrogation arrested accused has confessed the involvement of other accused among main character behind the corruption is Sub Registrar Mushtaq Shaikh, Anti Corruption has started the searching to arrest the other accused, added that accused Nazir Shah had demanded Rs 4000 bribe for provision of true copy of required land record, he was paid Rs 2500 following his arrest on the occasion.

A complete shutter down strike was observed in Larkana like other parts of Sindh on the call of Sindh Bachayo Committee (Save Sindh Committee) against influx of IDPs in Sindh here on Tuesday.
All shops, main bazaars among Shahi Bazar, Resham Gali, Bunder road, Jelus Bazar, Sabzi mandi, Station road, Royal Chok, Pakistani Chok, different shopping centers, Petrol pump, CNG Stations and other
business areas remained closed to protest and strike of nationalist.
The shutter down continued up to 12.00 pm as per their announcement. The nationalist activists later staged sit-in at 2.00 pm for two hours near Labb e Mehran Ghar Wah on National Highway by erecting a tent camp due to which all kinds of traffic remained suspended and long rows of vehicles were seen on both sides of the much busy road.
The sit-in was participated by Mumtaz Shaikh, Dr. Mazhar Mughal, Kamber Mughal, Ahmed Ali Tunio and others.
While talking to media they said that Sindh Government has done nothing to stop influx of IDPs which will convert original inhabitants of this land into minority.
They demanded that Sindh Government to stop their entry and those who have already arrived should be sent back.
