KARACHI: Zeba Bakhtiar, well known silver screen and TV star, visited the Burns Centre, Civil Hospital, Karachi and assured full support for the facility providing all medical and operational services to the burns victims 100% free of charge.
Sources associated with the Burns Centre here on Monday said it is the only 66-bed facility in the country that has been particularly focused on treatment of burn victims, ranging from fire to electric
and so-forth.
Zeba Bakhtiar visited each and every ward of the centre and inquired well being of the burns victims. On the occasion, she committed to be part of the public awareness campaign meant to sensitize people in general about modes to prevent incidents leading to burn injuries.
