Whenever talks resume, agenda will be Kashmir: Aziz

LAHORE: The civilian and military governments are on the same page when it comes to foreign policy and the security policy said Advisor to the prime minister on foreign affairs Sartaj Aziz on Sunday.

Addressing a ceremony in Lahore, Aziz said, the era of blame games with Afghanistan has come to an end, now the relationship is one of mutual cooperation.

On Pakistan’s relationship with India the advisor said, that whenever discussions resume, the agenda will be Kashmir. He said, Pakistan wishes to hold composite dialogue with India and does not wish to engage in an arms race with its neighbor.

Sartaz Aziz made it clear that for Pakistan there is no difference between good and bad Taliban, adding that Pakistan and Afghanistan will not allow their respective territories to be used to against the other country.
