KARACHI: The personnel of the Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) on Saturday arrested two members of international extortion group from Karachi.
According to details, arrested suspects named Faizan Matto and Wasif have revealed that two brothers Hafiz Furqan and Hafiz Asghar run the extortion racket in Karachi while residing in South Africa and Dubai.
The police has acquired travel documents and threatening emails of Furqan and Asghar whereas evidence of involvement of a woman in the group has also been found. The suspects have been shifted to an undisclosed location.
