QUETTA: A three-judge bench of the Supreme Court will resume hearing of a petition seeking disqualification of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif today (Monday).
During the last hearing, Justice Jawad S Khawaja had remarked the court would ensure that any ruling into the petition came from the Balochistan registry.
Expressing dissatisfaction, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf counsel Irfan Qadir had said that he would not be traveling to Quetta.
The lawyer had further said that he would file a review petition as he didn’t see the top court delivering justice.
