LAHORE: A suicide bomber blew himself up during a search operation carried out by police upon intelligence report in Rachna Town near Khan Colony here in the early hours of Monday.
Initial reports suggest that three more terrorists were killed and at least nine people including a policeman injured during the operation.
The law enforcement agencies acted upon intelligence report about presence of at least four terrorists at an under-construction building in Rachna Town near GT Road.
According to our source in LEAs, the terrorists were hiding inside the under-construction building and planning to target ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leaders.
