HYDERABAD: The Sindh United Party (SUP) central leaders Roshan Buriro and Dr. Dodo Mahri have said that the ruling party of Sindh can only do one thing properly and that is corruption, they have broken all the records of corruption.
This they said while talking exclusively to “OIN” here on Sunday.
“From this recent downpour in Hyderabad it is clear that the Sindh government was only making claims of preparation but took no measures in this regard and the proof is that entire Hyderabad, which is second largest city of Sindh is under water. Even schools and mosques are filled up with water and people are facing many hurdles, while the Sindh government is sleeping,” they said.
Answering a question they said that census is the most important issue of Sindh as well as the entire country but the federation is ignoring this issue and Sindh government is backing them.
They said that former CM Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah had promised Sindh Census Monitoring Committee (SCMC) that he would raise this issue at the session of Council of Common Interests (CCI) but he didn’t say a word about it during the session.
Meanwhile TMA Qasimabad, while talking to “OIN” has said that the district administration is vigilant regarding the rain issue and from many areas of Qasimabad including Naseemnangar, Happy Homes, Citizen Colony and others water has been taken out with the help of pumping machines, so that people may not face any difficulty.
