KARACHI: Provincial Ombudsman “The Protection against Harassment of Women at Workplace” is organizing one day Seminar/ Awareness Campaign on Implementation of ” The Protection against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act 2010″ on International Women Day on Sunday 8thMarch 2015 , from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm at Zaver Hall Hotel Pearl Continental.
KARACHI: Pasban e Pakistan President Altaf Shakoor has demanded from Pakistan Tahreek e Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan to openly tell the nation who was that corrupt man who offered him a bribe of Rs150million, as if such a corrupt person went elected as senator it would be an ill-luck of this nation.
In a statement released here Thursday, he said the hiding corruption is also a kind of corruption. He said this act of hiding corruption has negated the claims of Imran Khan about transparency. He said half truth is more dangerous than a full lie, and telling the nation a half-truth he is not serving the nation.
Shakoor said due to poll rigging and lack of transparency, national and provincial assemblies despite nine elections have failed to solve the problems of nation and country. He said it is due to our bad politics, the powerful people have got impunity from all laws and moral values, and even those who claim to uphold truth are also compelled to support these bad people. He asked if this was the openness of Imran Khan and could he lay foundation of a new Pakistan by protection the corrupt people.
