KARACHI:At least four terrorists of a banned outfit were killed during Rangers in an encounter on Friday’s wee hours.
According to the spokesman of Rangers, the operation conducted a raid on a tip-off that terrorists were present in the area of Kathor Sea Toll Plaza.
The militants of a banned outfit opened fire at the raiding party. The Rangers returned the fire as a result four terrorists were killed.
The dead terrorists were identified as Asif alias Ajmal, Amir Khan, Abdul Wasim alias Chanay Wala and Younus alias Kalia. Arms were also recovered from their possession.
All four killed terrorist hailed from a proscribed organization and were holed up in Kathor, the rangers spokesman said.
