ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for SAFRON, Lt.General (Retd), Abdul Qadir Baloch said that government had launched operation in Karachi after the consensus and wish of the political parties to flush out criminals for restoring peace in the area.
According to the details, he said that the law and order situation in Karachi is improving day-by-day. The enemies of Pakistan are not happy to see the peaceful environment of the area, he said.
Minister said that the disturbance is being created to halt the economic corridor being established with the help of China to benefit the people of this region.
Abdul Qadir Baloch said that some elements hold reservations and raise questions for giving rights to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).
Replying to a question, he said that the Rangers are conducting operation in Karachi against the criminals, adding that the operation was being carried out without discrimination.
