PML-N ready to contest LG polls in province: SVP Sindh

HYDERABAD: Senior vice president PML-N Sindh chapter, Shah Muhammad Shah, has said that the party is ready to contest upcoming elections of Local Bodies (LB) in Sindh province.
Addressing a press conference at Hyderabad Press Club (HPC) on Sunday, he said that the party would field candidates and win the elections.
The PML-N leader said that objections should not be raised over detention of former minister Dr. Asim Hussain, as the National Accountability Bureau is an independent institution.
He said that Karachi operation was started to restore peace and eliminate terrorism from the country and it was launched after developing consensus among all parties, including the PPP and the MQM. It is not against any party, he added.
PML-N leaders of Sindh Chapter, Khiyal Das Kohistan, Aslam Khawaja, Qamar Rajpar and Khalid Shaikh were present on the occasion.
