PM says govt will not remain silent, if Army is criticized

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif said on Thursday that government will not observe silence if Army is criticized, it is learnt.
According to the details, he said that undue criticism on the armed forces on this critical juncture will not be tolerated.
PM Nawaz established contact with Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif, who is on official visit to Russia.
According to sources, PM Nawaz said to General Sharif that Pakistan Army is fighting for country and such undue criticism on the army would not be tolerated.
