PM Nawaz leaves for Saudi Arabia

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister (PM) Muhammad Nawaz Sharif on Monday has left here for Saudi Arabia where he will discuss regional and international issues with the leadership.
According to the details, the Prime Minister will visit Iran on Tuesday after concluding his visit to Saudi Arabia.
Chief of the Army Staff General Raheel Sharif, PM’s Special Assistant Tariq Fatemi and National Security Advisor Nasir Janjua accompanied the Prime Minister.
According to Foreign Office, the Prime Minister’s visit was aimed at resolution of difference between Saudi Arabia and Iran through peaceful means, in the larger interest of Muslim unity, particularly during these challenging times.
The Foreign Office said Pakistan had consistently advocated the policy of promoting brotherhood among member states of Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).
