Petrol price slashed by Rs2.94/litre, diesel by 95 paisa

ISLAMABAD: Government on Tuesday revised downward the prices of petroleum products with effect from midnight (October 1).

According to the announcement of Finance Ministry, the per litre price of petrol has been brought down by Rs2.94 to Rs103.62 and diesel by 95 paisa to Rs107.39.

Similarly, the price of kerosene oil has witnessed a decline of Rs1.31 a litre to Rs95.68.

The rate of High Octane Blending Component (HOBC) has been slashed by Rs1.88 per litre to Rs131.13 while the revised price of light diesel has been fixed at Rs91.41.
