Pervez for holding Imran accountable over ‘public-money-funded rallies’

ISLAMABAD: Minister for Information, Senator Pervez Rashid Saturday said Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan should be held accountable before the people for ‘lavishly spending public money on his rallies’.

In a statement, the Information Minister said they way Imran Khan is leveling allegations against Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, it seems very soon he (Imran) will accuse people of colluding with Nawaz Sharif.

“Imran Khan’s language makes every decent individual feel ashamed,” he said, adding that Khan’s slogan of rigging proved false.

He said every single word that Imran Khan utters exposes his fear of being arrested.

Pervez Rashid said Imran Khan appears to be overwhelmingly obsessed with Nawaz Sharif.
