In his Eid message on social media, Director General (DG) ISPR Major General Asim Saleem Bajwa tweeted that terrorism would be defeated and Pakistan was bound to rise.
The DG ISPR said there were visible signs of security improving.
He added that the fight against terrorism would continue until the mission was completed.
