LAHORE: Railway Minister Khawaja Saad Rafiq has said that the country is facing internal conspiracies threat rather than external issues, adding that absence of democracy in political parties is a reality and there are families overwhelming.

He said that political parties were not being let prevail. Political parties become infertile without the representation of middle class and no one raises voice on issues.
