Pak wins toss and bats first against Windies

DUBAI: Pakistan have won the toss against West Indies in the second ever day-night Test being played in Dubai and elected to bat first.
At the toss, Pakistan skipper Misbahul Haq said: “The pitch looks good and dry. It will get slower and slower, roughs and turn later on. Good to be part of these sort of landmarks. Main thing is to perform well in this Test match. There could be unknowns, we have to forget it’s a pink ball. Just see the ball and play. Unfortunately, Younis is ill. Azam and Nawaz debut. I am doing a lot of practice and just keeping it simple.”
