RAWALPINDI: The Anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Wednesday recorded statement of driver, Javedur Rehman in Benazir Bhutto murder case, in which, he said that PPP leader Naheed Khan asked the Benazir Bhutto to come out of the car.
Judge Rai Muhammad Ayub Marth held hearing of the case in Adiala Jail. Cross questioning from the driver has been completed.
The ATC summoned report from the Foreign Ministry regarding statement of US journalist Mark Siegel, which was recorded through video link. The hearing was adjourned till September 14.
