NAB to probe heavy corruption in native district of CM Sindh

National Accountability Bureau (NAB) should investigate heavy misuse of millions of funds in Khairpur and Naushehro Feroze drainage division of irrigation department.
According to details, Khairpur and Naushehro drainage division have been witnessed heavy corruption in the different parts in the ADP schemes of millions carried out.
The reports told that there is no proper utilization of funds by the concerned XEN Khairpur and Naushehro and violated the rules to grab heavy funds with favorite contractors by offers and kickbacks.
A large number of ghost schemes of hundred and thousands of million rupees have been witnessed at the ancestral district of Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah sources disclosed.
There are numerous schemes of valued solar energy tube wells and other machinery parts destroyed at different workshops and rented shops.
Annual Development Schemes (ADP) Schemes in department and finance release budget mentioned ongoing and new schemes drain, sub-drain, surface drainage schemes, pumping stations, Sim-Nalas, bridges, borings and installation of tube wells, retaining walls, repair and rehabilitations, earth work were not properly carried out in the different parts of district and with a rare work shown and further rest of uncompleted only for grabbing heavy funds by the contractors and officials of Khairpur and Naushehro.
There are millions of funds misused in drainage division irrigation wing at Khairpur and Naushehro during 2013-14 and June 2015.
Promoted Engineer Javed spoke lie, when asked several questions, who hiding himself and his inefficient to the proper utilization of funds, as well in past he removed hundreds of trees in drainage colony told the sources, heavy corruption witnessed overall nil progress.
Civil Society has demanded NAB and Rangers to take up proper investigation and expose heavy misuse of funds in the Khairpur and Naushehroferoze by the different officials.
