ISLAMABAD: In response to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan’s allegations that Nawaz Sharif gave Rs2.7 billion to the IB, Minister for Finance, Ishaq Dar on Tuesday said he was ready to provide details of items purchased to the PTI chairman.
“I am ready to provide the list of items purchased to Imran Khan but he would have to promise not to make it public,” Ishaq Dar said in a statement here.
Earlier, Imran Khan had accused Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif of allegedly paying Rs2.7 billion to Intelligence Bureau (IB) with an aim to fail his protest sit-in against the government.
Criticizing Imran Khan, Finance Minister Ishaq Dar expressed his shock as to what the PTI chief was preaching to the young generation.
He accused Imran Khan of staging a ‘strange drama’ every evening.
