Misuse of funds with fake schemes during pre & post flood

The flood warning has been issued in country after heavy rains lashed various parts and flood forecasts as Met Office warn next 2 days. Yet no measures taken or vigilance at embankments at River Indus and other canals.
A highly reliable sources disclosed that high level corruption in the billions of fake schemes were made during flood 2010 at River Indus particularly Nusrat Loop and Akil Agani embankments in collusion with irrigation officials.
The desired contractors with irrigation officials of Sindh government grabbed illegal heavy amount of funds and such amount released by the finance department for whole year for flood protective purpose and strengthening the dykes, but it was utilized within quarter last year sources revealed.
When asked some of the contractors and the concerned officials about fake schemes and funds utilization that why such amount in a quarter utilized, they told that it was finished due to strengthening of embankments of River Indus but officials shown work done.
There were numerous challenges in post flood which yet to be uncompleted the development projects as well all the roads and other infrastructure in province, even the incident of derailing of Boolan Express while heading towards Karachi from Quetta at Ruk Station near Madeji Shikarpur due to Dadu Canal breach.
Civil Society and reliable sources claimed that NAB or FIA should probe these mage schemes were found fake and fabricated, so that the authorities particularly Rangers and NAB properly investigate since 2010 flood in Sindh they demanded.

A large number of daily wages employees of Sui Southern Gas Company under the banner of Casual Labor Action Committee SSGC Sindh Balochistan Larkana on Wednesday boycotted of their duties and held protest outside the Shaikh Zaid Chok for regularizing of their services and issuing of withheld salaries
President Syed Shafqat Ali Shah led the protest and called for the resolution of their genuine issue.
On the occasion protesting employees were holding the banners and placards inscribed with slogans in favor of their demands and shouted the slogans for early resolution of their issues.
Talking to media men leader Shafqat Ali Shah said that employees are deprived of two month salaries, despite of several requests and protests concerned authorities are reluctant to release the salaries and address the basic issues of poor workers, adding that 150 daily wages employees among Welder, Fitter, Helper, Driver and others have been rendering the services for past 20 years on only Rs 318 per day, whereas federal government has announced to provide minimum wages of Rs 12000 to 14000 for laborers but despite of that concerned authorities are yet to follow the federal government orders and Labor Laws.
Shafqat Ali Shah told that families of laborers are facing starvation and many hardships during the holy month of Ramdan, concerned officials have turned their deaf ear, even reluctant to listen their problems.
Labors leader demanded of Prime Minister of Pakistan, Chief Justice Supreme Court of Pakistan, concerned authority of SSGC to take notice of matter, resolve their issues by releasing their salaries and regularizing their services.
Hakim Ali Khokhar, Zafar Ali Larik, Sonu Khan Arbani, Yar Muhammad Narejo and others were present on the occasion.
