Maleeha Lodhi takes issue of Indian aggression to UNSC

NEW YORK: Pakistan’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations Maleeha Lodha has written a letter to the Security Council, drawing its attention towards the Indian aggression.
As per details, she called on the UN to play its role in ending the Indian aggression that has killed 20 Pakistani citizens and injured 100 others in cross border shelling and firing.
Maleeha Lodhi saidUN Observer Group for Pakistan and India should hold a probe into the matter especially in which civilian Pakistanis were killed in Indian shelling.
She said violation of ceasefire agreement increased in August during which 20 people were killed and more than 100 injured in unprovoked firing .
She demanded of the members of the UN to take notice of Indian aggression.
