Land mafia challenges writ of government by occupying the properties

LARKANA: Land Mafia have become active to occupy on the prosperities worth of billions rupees of three Doctors in Larkana and Kamber Shahdadkot district, land grabbers challenged the writ of government by occupying land and other properties of citizens.
Retired Professor Dr Balqees Malik, she announced donate 5000 sq ft piece for SIUT hospital in Larkana, while another renowned psychiatrist and senior member Pakistan Medical Association (PMA) Larkana chapter Dr Zulifqar Rahujo seeks protection of his life and armed men on behest of land mafia barged into his Medical Center at Kamber city and issued threats of dire consequences to hand over the piece of plot to them.
Victim Dr Zulifqar Ali Rahujo has written a letter to President PMA Larkana and stated that a group of land mafia has become active in Kamber city to occupy on land and other properties of public, few days back scores of unidentified armed men entered into the private medical center near Nasirabad Naka Kamber road asked staff where is doctor then issued threats of dire consequences.
He said that land mafia wants to occupy on our property at Kamber city and forcing to close the medical centers and clinics in city.
besides armed men allegedly on behest of land mafia, attempted to occupy the 5000 square feet Plot worth of millions rupees of retired Professor Dr Bilqees Malik, FIR was lodged against 12 accused among three identified and 9 others unknown for occupying the property and issuing life threats to Dr Balqees Malik 12 armed men allegedly attacked on plot situated at Sachal Colony Larkana and attempted to occupy 5000 square feet plot FIR of incident was registered at Waleed Police Station against 12 accused among three identified Ilim Khan Brohi, Ghanwar Jatoi and his son Zahid Jatoi and 9 others unknown Accused.
Renowned Child Specialist Doctor Bhagvandass resident of Larkana city has also fell victim of land mafia and they have allegedly occupied on his 48 acre land worth of two billions, few days back Dr Bhagvandas long with his wife Dr Bhagvant devi held press conference against the fake power of attorney prepared by Moti Ram claiming 48 acre land and occupation on his property worth of 2 billion. He said that a man of Hindu community namely Moti Ram son of Sadoro Mal resident of Karma Bagh Larkana with collusion of concerned officials have made forgery in revenue record by fake power of attorney and transferred 48 acre land on his name and sold out to Lal Bux Mangerio resident of Dokri on 10 May 2003 and registered sell deeds with Sub Registrar office
Illegally, he said. Dr Baghvandass apprised that 55.30 care land having 14 survey numbers including 55/1, 55/1, 56/1, 94/1,95/2,96,59/1,84/2 and others situated at deh Nabi Bux form air port road which is legal property of his wife and him, despite of that Land grabbers used Moti Ram to occupy the property of 2 billion. He said that he has lodged FIR against Moti Ram and others at Market Police Station on 16 June 2014, but Police have yet not arrested the involved accused and reluctant to conduct the investigation of fraud case.
The representatives of civil society have appealed to Chief Justice Supreme Court of Pakistan, Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah, IG Sindh Police, DIG, ommissioner Larkana and other high ups to take notice of matter and conduct impartial inquiry against illegal occupation on properties of three doctors and provide them justice.
